Laurent Chehere's Flying Houses

Laurent Chehere készítette ezt a minket is álmodozásra késztető szürreális fotósorozatot. Az égben lebegő külvárosi otthonokról és a városi lakóházakról készült fotómanipulációk pedig jól érzékelteti a francia fotós szenvedélyét az építészet és a világjárás iránt. Az építmények más és más életstílust megtestesítve siklanak magasan a felszín felett, ahol nem csak a tárgyak, hanem a fény és a képeken megfogalmazódó jelentek is hozzájárulnak egy-egy irreális világ létrejöttéhez és ez szolgál számára az utazás metaforájaként. Az biztos, hogy erre a fotósra figyelni fogunk, legyen a következő munkája teljesen elszállt vagy földhözragadt.

Chehere Laurent created this surreal photo series which kept us daydreaming too. The photomanipulations of the suburban homes and urban apartment buildings floating in mid-air reflect the French photographer´s interest in architecture and travelling. The levitating edifices each represent a different lifestyle dreamily gliding high above the surface, where not just the subjects, but also the light and the scenes contribute to create an unreal world and for him this is what serves as a metaphor for travelling. We'll follow his carrier with attention that's for sure.
